What is Shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a holistic body therapy originating in the Far East, based on the meridian system—the energy channels of our body. It centers on the idea that a life energy flows within every human being, influencing our physical, mental, and emotional balance.

This energy flow is harmonized through mindful, targeted pressure applied with the hands, thumbs, or elbows. Blockages can be released, tension is reduced, and the body regains its natural balance.

How does Shiatsu work?
